Astero Ro Control Panel NXT:
Compact Micro-processor based Plug & Play control panels with plant operation programmed and all safeties inbuilt. These panels along with the required level, pressure, conductivity and flow sensors help in making the entire plant completely automatic.

- Complete RO logic preprogrammed
- Mimic diagram with 6 LEDs for I/O indication
- 16 X 2 Alphanumeric LCD display with keypad for programming
- Notification for filter backwash and plant service due based on real time operation
- Complete RO logic preprogrammed
- Time settable lock
- Automatically flushes the membrane during Starting, Stopping & after a set interval
- Avoids unnecessary chattering of HPP due to initial dipping in suction pressure
- Takes care of required motor protection such as overload, single phasing, dry running
- Auto/manual facility(even in MANUAL mode motor protection doesn′t get bypassed)
- In built Flow rate indicator with Totaliser
- In built operation hour counter
- In built Conductivity/TDS indicator with tripping facility @high conductivity/TDS
- Also equipped to suit Auto multiport valve in pretreatment
- Password protected settings
- Remote Monitoring with GSM
Control Panel comes with in built modem to transfer data through SMS.The modem is configured to suit SIM card of any Telecom Service Provider.It will send plant status and trip alerts to maximum 3 mobile numbers.The SMS frequency and mobile numbers are user settable.This modem will send plant status with following parameters.
PARAMETERS
Panel will send below parameter in plant status message.
• Conductivity/TDS
• RO Permeate Volume
• RO Operation Hour
• High Pressure Pump Current
FAULTS/ALERTS
• RO Permeate Flow Rate • RO Inlet Flow Rate
• Feed Pump Current
• Plant Status
Panel will trip the plant if below faults occur and send alert message to user
• Conductivity/TDS high
• Low Pressure trip
• Treated Water Tank full
• RWP dry running,Single phasing,Overload
• Voltage(under or over) trip • High Pressure
• Dosing tank Level low
• HPP dry running,Single phasing,Overload
User gets real time information about plant status & parameter with site name in above format frequently. This frequency is settable by user through SMS
